Outstanding Care in the Exmouth Area

Since September 2014 there have been a total of 848 care provider inspections carried out by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) within a 15 mile radius of Exmouth. Those inspections resulted in 33 care providers being rated as 'Outstanding'.

So why have such a small percentage of care providers qualified for the above rating? The answer is because of the thoroughness of the testing procedures employed by the Inspection teams on behalf of the Care Quality Commission and this is to be applauded.

Arcot House is a grand Georgian manor house in the beautiful town of Sidmouth that was originally converted into an old peoples home in honour of war veterans. Arcot House is registered for 23 elderly residents and is presently undergoing a full refurbishment to bring it up to the standard of care home that Doveleigh Care Ltd prides itself on providing.
